In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
THE AWARD IS SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE BODIES OF THE PROCEDURE
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
The person who has won one or more goods at the end of the auction will be required to send the documentation indicated in the specific sales conditions and withdrawal to the address report@itauction.it no later than the deadline of 48 hours after the auction closes.
In the event of failure to send the aforementioned documentation within the time limits indicated, the bidder will automatically be deemed to have lost the award and the procedure will have the right to forfeit the deposit paid for the purpose of participation as a penalty.
It should be noted that the offered price of lot 2 takes into consideration the price of the goods belonging to the lot, as well as the cost of disposing of the goods and drinks expired on the date of the award and therefore the contractor will have nothing to claim
