SALES ADDRESSED TO INDIVIDUALS ENROLLED IN THE AUTOTRANSPORTERS REGISTER
Sale of of authorization for the transport of goods for third parties and the Minerva semitrailer belonging to Bankruptcy no. 51/2015 Court of Marsala.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Castelvetrano (TP) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 1000 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

It is hereby announced that the sale of the third-party license is aimed exclusively at those registered in the register of hauliers of things on behalf of third parties and in the National Electronic Register (REN) at the Civil Motorization Office which operates in the province in which the company has its main office. The sale is restricted to subjects resident in Italy.
We inform you that, within 24 hours of the auction closing, the winners of the auction must send to the email address report@itauction.it a copy of the updated registration of the Business Register, as well as a copy of the valid identity document of the lawyer representative certifying that they belong to the category of subjects indicated in point iv. of the section "participation, bail and asset review".
It is specified that any expenses, including notarial deeds, fees and charges resulting from the transfer, will be charged to the contractor.
It should be noted that the contractor will incur additional costs of € 45 for the license checks.
It should be noted that the contractor will incur costs of € 774 to cover the arrears of the shares on the register
