Goods are located in Santa Ninfa (TP) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

-Property owned by a private individual and therefore the transaction was not carried out in the course of a business. Transaction excluded from the scope of VAT, as it does not fall within the provisions of art. 1 of Presidential Decree 633/72. Transfer with a €2.00 stamp duty. The exclusion from the scope of VAT is valid exclusively for subjects resident in Italy.
