Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 16/2022 Court of Taranto.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Taranto (TA) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 2000 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

It should be noted that, for Lot 1, some goods may contain consumables and products subject to expiry. In the event of the presence of the latter materials, it shall be the obligation of the successful tenderer to dispose of them at its own cost.

The successful tenderer of Lots 6 and 8 shall be responsible for the restoration of the sites following their removal. In particular, it will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to restore the premises following collection in the event of damage to the same. All costs and charges for such operations shall be borne solely by the successful tenderer
