Auction Description
Sale of goods belonging to Judicial Liquidation no. 42/2024 Court of Prato.
Sale in compliance with art 216 c.c.i.i.
Goods are located in Prato (PO) and can be inspected by appointment on the afternoon of November 20, 2025. All viewing requests must be received by 6:00 PM on November 18, 2025. Requests received after this date will not be considered.
Attention Court of Prato: The successful bidder must sign a binding contract regarding the repair of the asset before the sale is completed, aware that the asset itself cannot be put into use until the repair has been completed, attaching a valid identity document if a natural person, or a Chamber of Commerce certificate updated within three months prior to the date of sending if a legal person. Consult the conditions of sale and fill in the declaration of compliance.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015
IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:
• Users correctly registered to the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale filling in the form on the page of the lot and paying the deposit indicated by credit card or bank transfer.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will confirm the offers received only after receiving the correct receipt of the form and the crediting of the deposit.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user in order to communicate the validation of the offer as well as the personal and secret code to be used in order to attend the online auction. Please note that the code received will be requested only during the sales operations. You are reminded that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated to third parties.
