Sale of assets arising from Judicial Liquidation No. 196/2024 of the Court of Brescia.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Civil Code.
The assets are located in Brescia (BS) and can be inspected by appointment .
Auction conducted using the asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Article 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.

The successful bidder of one or more lots in this auction (provided the auction price is equal to or greater than €10,000.00) must send the following documents to postvendita@industrialdiscount.com no later than 48 hours after the auction closes:
- Completed and signed anti-money laundering form, required to properly fulfill legal anti-money laundering obligations.
- Valid identity document, if a natural person, or Chamber of Commerce certificate updated within the three months prior to the submission date, if a legal entity, for the purpose of a timely and preliminary verification of the prospective bidder's qualifications.
The Procedure is not registered with VIES; therefore, European successful bidders will be required to pay VAT.
