Sale of goods belonging to Judicial Liquidation no.61/2025 Court of Palermo.
Sale in compliance with art 216 ccii.
Goods are located in Palermo (PA) and can be inspected upon appointment March 25th at 12:00 PM. All viewing requests must be received by 6:00 PM on March 20, 2026. Requests received after this date will not be considered.
SALE NOTES:
- Please note that the lot 1 may contain consumables and products subject to expiration. It will be the successful bidder's responsibility to verify the condition of these items and dispose of them if necessary, at their own expense, thereby releasing Abilio SpA and the Procedure from any liability.
