Auction Description

Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 39/ 2021 Court of Trani .

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Bisceglie (BT) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 1000  Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt. 

Notice is hereby given that it will be the responsibility of the successful tenderer of lot 7 to restore the premises following withdrawal. All costs and charges for such operations shall be borne solely by the successful tenderer.
