Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 4/2023 Court of Brescia.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Carpenedolo (BS) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 2000 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

SALES NOTES:

- The sum paid as a security deposit by the successful bidder will be retained to guarantee the correct and complete carrying out of the collection operations of the awarded lot as well as the vacating/cleaning of the premises within the terms set out in these conditions. Please note, therefore, the deposit will be withheld if the collection is not completed within the established deadlines. If the collection and cleaning of the premises are carried out as established above and within the established deadlines, the deposit will be credited back to the successful tenderer.

- There is waste in lot 1, the successful tenderer will be responsible for disposing of it at his own expense.
