In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
It should be noted that:
- the vehicle related to lot 18 does not have any number plates, therefore it will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to re-register the vehicle.
- lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 and 12 may be attached to other vehicles at the time of collection. It shall be the sole responsibility of the successful bidders to unhook the awarded lots without causing damage to the vehicles to which they are connected. Any costs and charges for such operations shall therefore be borne by the successful bidders.
- the vehicle, referred to in lot 16, has a reserved dominion pact, as shown by the Pra (Register of Commerce) survey. Further costs of € 340 for the cancellation at the Pra of the reserved dominion agreement are at the expense of the successful bidder.

We inform you that the sales procedure carried out using competitive methods will be maintained on this portal and that the operational activities strictly connected to the sale (i.e.: inspections) will be carried out by Industrial Discount s.r.l.
