Sale of asset belonging to Judicial Liquidation no.166/2023 Court of
Torino.
Sale in compliance with art 216 ccii.
Goods are located in Grugliasco (TO) and can be inspected upon appointment.
SALES NOTES:
- Before starting the collection process, the winning bidder must also:
a) pay a deposit of €5,000.00, which will be retained to guarantee the successful completion of the collection process and may be forfeited by the Procedure in the event of failure to comply with the deadlines for vacating the premises and/or in the event of any damage to property and/or persons, without prejudice to the right of the Procedure or the property owner to seek compensation for any further damage suffered;
b) present a copy of the insurance policy for damage to third parties that may be caused during the collection process;
c) present the Operational Safety Plan (POS), training, information, specific skills, and suitability for the work of those responsible for dismantling, removal, and transport operations, including for work at height;
d) present the Interference Risk Assessment Document (DUVRI);
e) as well as any further documentation requested by the Procedure and/or Abilio S.p.A.
IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:
• Users correctly registered to the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale filling in the form on the page of the lot and paying the deposit indicated by credit card or bank transfer.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will confirm the offers received only after receiving the correct receipt of the form and the crediting of the deposit.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user in order to communicate the validation of the offer as well as the personal and secret code to be used in order to attend the online auction. Please note that the code received will be requested only during the sales operations. You are reminded that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated to third parties.
