- Notice is hereby given that the forecourt where the vehicles will have to move to collect the goods belonging to Lots 1 and 2 has iron tie rods emerging from the concrete. It will therefore be the responsibility of the successful tenderers at the time of collection to cut them. Failing this, any damage to the vehicles used for handling shall not be attributable in any way to the Procedure and abilio spa.
- It is specified that the collection of the office furniture to be sold in lot 1 shall be carried out after the successful bidder has moved the folders and documents inside, without causing any damage to the same.
- Please note that some of the goods in Lot 2 may contain consumables and products subject to expiration. In the event of the presence of the latter materials, the successful bidder shall be obliged to dispose of them at its own expense, releasing abilio and the Procedure from any liability.
As of 12.20.2023, Industrial Discount s.r.l. has become the owner of the portal www.industrialdiscount.it.
