Sale of movable assets operating in the sector of trade, processing and packaging of meat and food products in general and transport of goods, as per the published inventory.
The movable assets relating to the sale are currently rented in their current consistency, pursuant to a company rental contract, registered on 17/02/2023 re. No. 1560 with the company -- ------ ---, with an expected duration of 4 (four) years starting from 08/03/2023 and will end on 07/03/2027.
The Procedure was authorized to take over the contractual relationship with an appropriately modified expiry date now coinciding with the sale of the movable assets.
Starting auction price € 38,000.00
Minimum raise equal to € 1,000.00
