Sale of goods belonging to Bankruptcy no. 4/2020 Court of Termini Imerese.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 2.950 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
Attention: the car procedures following the awarding of assets no. 1-2-3-4-6-7-8-9-10-11-12 will be carried out at the Effe car procedures agency in Faenza. With regard to assets 5-15-16-17-18, the successful tenderer and the Procedure will have to independently proceed to make arrangements for the handling of the procedures for the registration/demolition of these vehicles.
