Auction Description
Sale of asset belonging to Amministrazione Giudiziaria n.25/2002 Court of Palermo.
Sale in compliance with ex artt. 4 ss D.L. n. 159/2011
Goods are located in Palermo (PA) and can be inspected upon appointment on 03.10.2024 from 10.00am. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 30.09.2024. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

The definitive award of each property offered for sale will be subject to the authorization subsequently issued by the Court of Palermo - Prevention Measures Section.

- The person who has won one or more goods at the end of the tender will be required to send, no later than 48 hours after the end of the auction, to aftersales@industrialdiscount.com, the documents indicated in the Specific Conditions of sale and collection.
The definitive award can only take place after the authorization of the procedural bodies
- it is specified that movable property, including those registered in public registers, with the exception of the cases referred to in paragraphs 12 and 12 bis art. 48 of the Legislative Decree. 159/2011, may be intended for sale, with a ban on further sale for a period of no less than one year, or destroyed
