Auction Description

Sale of assets arising from Judicial Liquidation No. 260/2024 of the Court of Turin.

Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Civil Code.

The assets are located in Rivarolo Canavese (Turin), Salassa (Turin), and Ozegna (Turin) and can be inspected by appointment.

Auction conducted using the asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Article 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015

- Participation requirements: Only legal entities with a VAT number and qualifying as Professionals (i.e., those purchasing the goods exclusively for professional use) pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 will be eligible to participate in the auction. Specifically, the sale is open exclusively to repairers and manufacturers, or demolition contractors.
- Commitments undertaken: Please note that Lot 1 is being sold under the conditions set forth in the "Goods for Sale" section. These goods may therefore be used and/or sold only after they have been brought into compliance with the standards required by the specific regulations. Therefore, by accepting these Terms and Conditions and specific conditions of sale, the successful bidder of the goods in Lot 1 undertakes to perform all the activities set forth in the "Goods for Sale" section.
