Auction Description
Auction sale of furniture and warehouse stocks for the production of furniture belonging to Creditors Agreement no. 3/2020 Court of Ascoli Piceno.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Comunanza (AP) and can be inspected upon appointment on 08.09.2025 from 3pm. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 05.09.2025. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 100 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
SALES NOTES
The successful tenderer of lot 1 will have to dispose of the old goods (indicated in the "Non-saleable goods" item of the pdf attached to the lot page) and the waste present on site (e.g. catalogues, samples and other materials) with costs and charges at his expense.
