Auction Description
Sale of goods belonging to Bankruptcy no.73/2014 Court of Bari.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Modugno (BA) and can be inspected upon appointment on 13.11.2025 from 12pm. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 10.11.2025. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.
SALE NOTES:
- These goods do not comply with legal regulations, including European regulations, and are therefore sold as scrap, with a ban on their use and the successful bidder being required to scrap and/or demolish them at their own expense.
- Only legal entities with a VAT number and qualifying as Professionals (who purchase the goods only for professional use and not for private use) pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 will be eligible to participate in the auction. Specifically, the sale is open exclusively to scrap dealers.
- The person provisionally awarded one or more items at the end of the auction will be required to send the documentation indicated in the terms of sale to postvendita@industrialdiscount.com no later than 48 hours after the auction closes.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
