PROVISIONAL AWARD

Sale of assets including electrical equipment, electronic equipment, lighting elements belonging to Bankruptcy no. 38/2022 Court of Roma.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Roma (RM) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

PLEASE NOTE

The remuneration due to abilio S.p.A. it consists of a commission calculated using the regressive method by brackets on the award value. This fee is charged entirely to the successful bidder.

The total remuneration due to abilio S.p.A. it will be calculated on the basis of the hammer price of each lot according to the table shown in the specific conditions of sale and withdrawal.
