Auction Description

Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 41/2021 Court of Pavia.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Pinerolo Po’ (PV) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).

REMARKS: - please note that the vehicle sold in lot 1 is currently in use. - Please note that for the withdrawal of lot 14, the successful bidder will be required to move the vehicle (object of the sale of lot 12) that obstructs the passage. It will then be the responsibility of the successful bidder to relocate the said vehicle to its original position without causing any damage.

It should be noted that on 06/07/2022 Lot 4 was put up for sale again at the appraisal price.
