Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 19/2021 Court of Lanciano.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Fallo (CH) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 1000 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

Notes for collection:

- Please note that lots 1 and 2 are currently in use.

- It is specified that the goods for sale in lot 3 are not easily removable, therefore any charge necessary to be able to proceed with the removal will be borne exclusively by the successful bidder. In particular, if, in order to be able to collect the goods, it is necessary to move other goods, they must be relocated to their original position and any damage to them will be borne by the successful bidder. In addition, it is not possible to enter the warehouse with large vehicles, therefore it is the responsibility of the successful bidder to provide suitable vehicles for collection. A prior site visit is recommended.
