Auction Description

Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no.82/2021 Court of Palermo.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Palermo (PA) and can be inspected upon appointment on 16/05/2023 in the morning. All requests by 15/05/2023 at 1 pm.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

Please note that the withdrawal of part of the property forming part of the lot to be sold and located on the basement floor is particularly complex. It is therefore advisable to proceed with the viewing before submitting a bid and it is specified as of now that in the event of damage it will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to restore the property following the withdrawal. All costs and charges for such restoration will be borne solely by the successful bidder.
