Auction Description

IMPROVEMENT AUCTION RESERVED FOR ENABLED USERS
Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 12/2022  Court of Marsala.

The sale includes:
- Wooden calibrating machine Costruzioni Meccaniche Alfio Marletta,
- Machinery for olive processing,
- Cars,
and so on.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Campobello di Mazara (TP) and can be inspected upon appointment.

SALES NOTES
It is specified that:
- lots 23 and 28 could contain liquid residues, it will be the contractor's responsibility to dispose of them.
- lots 12, 13, 23 and 28 are currently in use.  
- it should be noted that lots 6,9,10 and 11 are currently in use and will be available for collection 15 days after the date of the lot award.

ATTENTION: lots 30, 31 and 32 are on sale with a reduction of -75% from the appraisal price

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).

ATTENTION: please note that on 09/18/2023 the composition of lots 24 was changed and lot 30 was suspended, please take a look at it.
