Auction Description

Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 69/2021 Court of Forli .

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Fratta Terme - Bertinoro (FC) and can be inspected upon appointment on 24/11/2022 in the afternoon. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 22/11/2022. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

It is specified that part of the assets are currently in use

It is specified that the mezzanine shelving units being sold are assembled. Their disassembly is at the cost and expense of the successful bidder.

It is noted that asset 28 of lot 1 is walled up inside the suspended ceiling and thermal walls, it will therefore be the responsibility of the successful bidder to restore the premises at its own expense following removal.
