Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Credit for a total of Euro 35,068.00 (thirty-five thousand sixty-eight / 00) usable in vertical compensation for € 5,000.00 claimed by the Bankruptcy.
Auction base price: Euro 19,726.00
In order to participate in the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.com following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 16/02/2023, according to one of the following alternatives:
- by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the operational headquarters of abilio S.p.A. in Via G. Galilei 6, 48018 Faenza (RA).- by pec communication to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com. It should be noted that, in case of sending the offer by certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
On 17/02/2023 at 3.00 pm abilio will open the envelopes.
Abilio has prepared a Virtual Data Room containing the documentation relating to the sale. In order to access the documentation contained in the Virtual Data Room, interested parties must send a communication via pec to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com following the instructions given in the Notice of sale.
