Sale of photovoltaic system consisting of 84 Aleo brand modules produced in Germany with a specific power of 225 W belonging to Bankruptcy no.115/2015 Court of Roma.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Acquaviva Picena (AP) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 1.500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:
- the photovoltaic plant subject to sale is subject to a lease that will end on 31/12/2031
- the rent has already been paid in full.
- the contractor, on the date of expiry of the contract, must deliver to the lessor the photovoltaic system, in good state of conservation, against payment of one thousand euro over VAT
- the contractor undertakes not to make any modification, innovation or improvement to the portion of the roof without the consent of the landlord except for the installation of the plant.
