Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015
Sale of goods belonging to Bankruptcy no.25/2015 Court of Genova.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Ne (GE) and can be inspected upon appointment on 31/03/2022 in the morning. All viewing requests must be received within 1.00 pm on 29/03/2022. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.
It should be noted that some autoclave barrels are currently authorized without title by a third party
It should be noted that the starting price of lot 1 is -25%.
