Notice of competitive sale based on binding offers already received.

the Notary Delegate for the sale Dr. Gino Baja Guarienti, with his office in Reggio Emilia Corso Garibaldi 14, announces that on November 17, 2021 at 10.40 am, at his office, a competitive sale experiment will be held for the following lot, consisting of from shareholdings as specified below:

- n. 3,603 shares with a unit par value of Euro 520.00 equal to a total par value of Euro 1,873,560.00 and representing 2.9976% of the share capital of PAR.CO S.p.A. having its registered office in Reggio Emilia (RE) Via Danubio n. 19, C.F. VAT number and registration number in the Reggio Emilia Company Register 00127720357, Share Capital Euro 62,502,440.00 i. v., held by UNIECO Cooperative Society in LCA.

The base price of the auction is € 1,873,560.00 plus transfer taxes, notary fees and burdens of cancellation, as well as any participation in the public tender charged to the successful bidder;

The offers must be sent in a closed and sealed envelope bearing the indication "AZIONI PARCO - UNIECO" by post or by hand delivery, by 12 noon on the day prior to the one as set out above for the sale, at the Notary's office in charge, Dr. Gino Baja Guarienti in Reggio Emilia.
