Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
100% shareholding of the company's share capital, I.P.E.C. s.r.l. in liquidation with registered office in Prizzi (PA), Contrada Filaga.
The activity carried out is that of an industrial plant technically organized for the production of cement conglomerate, bituminous conglomerates, construction of building materials and building accessories, construction of prefabricated concrete concrete and prestressed concrete products; distribution by truck mixers of ready-mixed concrete; productive activity of the working of the reinforcing iron.
The company's share capital is equal to € 95,680.00 fully subscribed and paid up.

Purchase offers may be submitted via certified e-mail to asset.om@pec.abilio.com, within and no later than 12:00 of 04/04/2024. It should be noted that, in case of sending the offer by certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
On 08/04/2024 at 14:00 Abilio spa will open the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers
In the case of multiple offers, a tender will be held among those present on the basis of the highest offer received.
In the case of a single offer, the goods will be considered provisionally awarded to the person indicated in the offer itself for a price not lower than the base price as identified above, without prejudice to the exercise of the right of pre-emption recognized to the shareholders to be exercised in the forms and methods indicated in the announcement.
At the end of the auction, the user who has made the highest bid will be the winner of the auction, but the award, however, remains subject to the approval of the insolvency proceedings bodies.
