Lot Description

Lot consisting of:

- Fiat Ducato truck, registered, year 2011, diesel fuel, 88kw, km traveled over 428,000
  Equipped with vehicle registration certificate and keys, but unprovided of ownership certificate.

- it is specified that the door locks have been damaged, so the keys do not work (see photo)

  Please note that some goods may contain consumables and products subject to expiry. In the event of the presence of these latter materials, the successful tenderer will be obliged to proceed with   their disposal at his own expense, with exemption of Abilio and the Procedure from any liability. All costs of removal, transport, safety, cleaning of the premises with removal of waste and paint attributable to the bankruptcy,   accident prevention adjustments and otherwise, are the sole responsibility of the successful tenderer. Furthermore, the expiry date of the colours was not checked.

  SALES NOTE:
 - piano, paintings and prints are goods owned by a private individual and therefore the transaction is not carried out in the exercise of a business. Transaction excluded from the scope of VAT, as it does not fall within the provisions of art. 1 of Presidential Decree 633/72. Transfer with a €2.00 stamp. The exclusion from the VAT scope applies only to subjects resident in Italy.

 -The person who, at the end of the auction, is awarded one or more lots included in this auction (provided that the award value is equal to or greater than €10,000.00) will be required to send the following documentation by email to postvendita@industrialdiscount.com, no later than 48 hours after the auction closes:

 - Completed and signed anti-money laundering form required for the correct fulfillment of legal obligations regarding anti-money laundering, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 21 November 2007, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 90 of 25 May 2017, which implements in Italy the provisions of Directive 2015/849/EC on the prevention of the use of the financial system, for the purpose of money laundering, of the proceeds of criminal activities and terrorist financing (a facsimile of which is available on the lot sales sheet);

 - valid identity document, if a natural person, or Chamber of Commerce certificate updated within three months prior to the date of submission, if a legal person, for the purpose of a timely and preliminary verification of the requirements of the prospective bidder.

 In the event of failure to submit the aforementioned documentation within the indicated terms, the bidder will be automatically deemed to have forfeited the award and the provisions of the paragraph “Failure of the successful bidder” will apply.


  NOTES FOR COLLECTION:
- maximum time for collection activities to take place from the agreed day: 20 days
- the numerically controlled work center is located in the basement and the only exit is a 2x5.8x2.1h freight elevator with a capacity of 3500kg
- the warehouse goods are located on the ground floor, on the first floor, in the basement served by a freight elevator with dimensions 2x5.8x2.1h capacity 3500 kg and on the second floor with only access stairs.
- the piano, paintings and prints are on the second floor without a lift

Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015.

The offer will be considered valid following the payment of the deposit.
