- Please note that it is the responsibility of the interested parties to verify whether the vehicle actually corresponds to the characteristics described in the registration document and/or the PRA certificate. It is also the responsibility of the successful bidder/buyer, where possible and/or permitted, to regularize any vehicles that do not actually conform to the specifications in the registration document. Please verify the actual condition of the assets.

- In the event of the award of registered movable goods that must be exported abroad for sale-related purposes, any additional costs and/or activities for bringing the vehicle into compliance with Italian regulations (Legislative Decree 29/05/2017 no. 8, amendment to Article 103 of the Highway Code, effective 01/01/2020), where possible, will be the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.

Regarding activities related to the inspection, possible export, and transfer of the goods, please note: that:

It is the sole responsibility of the successful bidder to contact the competent Civil Motorization Office to complete the vehicle inspection procedures;

All costs necessary to upgrade the vehicles to pass the inspection are the sole responsibility of the successful bidder, with no right of recourse against the seller;

The cost of transporting the vehicles to the Civil Motorization Office or other competent authorities is entirely borne by the successful bidder;

The seller is not responsible in any way for any theft, damage, or loss that may occur from the date of sale until all administrative and physical procedures for the goods have been completed.

If the successful bidder decides to scrap the awarded vehicle, he or she must obtain authorization from the Procedure, expressly indicating the name of the authorized scrap dealer chosen.

Scrapping procedures will not be handled in any way by the Effe Agency, which is expressly indemnified from any liability related to their execution.

All obligations and obligations connected to the scrapping is placed on the successful tenderer."

The car agency Effe in Faenza will manage the car practices about this vehicle. In order to verify the final amount regarding the car practice, please download “Listino prezzi pratiche auto" from the documentation area.

Abilio cannot guarantee nor define a deadline for the car practice conclusion, as the sale of the vehicle is linked to a Legal Procedure.

Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).
