that on 07 July 2025 at 15:00 the competitive tender for the business rental of the individual enterprise “Comunitàalloggio per anziani il giardino dei sogni di Chiofalo Valentina” with headquarters in Palermo, Via Brigata Verona n.6 and Via Sicilia n.12, in a central area of Palermo, will be held.

The company, the subject of a competitive tender to be rented, consists of the collection of assets indicated in the documentation published on the portal www.industrialdiscount.it, to be considered an integral part of this notice.

It is specified that:

a) as regards the workforce, to date there are three employees, one with a permanent contract and two with a fixed-term contract expiring on 06.30.2025 and 09.30.2025. There is also a collaboration with the Head of the Prevention and Protection Service, this relationship may be terminated at any time and for any reason with 15 days' notice.

b) the activity is carried out in two different and adjacent structures not connected to each other, where the movable assets subject to the auction are also located, the first with entrance from via Brigata Verona n.6, according to the lease agreement of 09.05.2011 expiring on 30.06.2029 at a monthly rent of €1,500.00 plus ISTAT revaluation, the second with entrance from via Sicilia n.12, according to the lease agreement of 01.06.2016 expiring on 31.05.2028 at a monthly rent of €1,100.00 plus ISTAT revaluation.

The annual rental fee to be considered as the starting price for the auction is set at at least €10,992.00 (ten thousand nine hundred and ninety-two euros/00) plus VAT

The contract must also provide that:

- the rental fee is paid in monthly installments in advance, as well as the obligation to verify the initial and final inventory amounts.

- The payment of a security deposit equal to three months' rent

- The stipulation of insurance for damage to persons or property

Those interested in participating in the auction must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and send an irrevocable offer for the rental of a business no later than 12:00 on 03/07/2025, according to the following method:

- via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. On 04/07/2025 at 2:00 pm, Abilio S.p.A. will open the envelopes containing the irrevocable rental offers submitted according to the methods described above and, having verified the completeness of the documentation and validity of the offers submitted.
