The business consists of the following assets:
a) use of the trademark Style 2;
b) food and beverage administration license (Annex 3);
c) equipment and instrumental assets, as detailed in the attached appraisal (Annex 7).
The sale of the business includes the obligation for the purchaser to sign the lease agreement for the property where the movable assets are also located.
