ANNOUNCES
that on the date indicated in the notice of sale, a telematic auction with asynchronous modality will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below, for the following asset:
SINGLE LOT
LOT 1 – AUCTION NO. 10156: Transfer of a business for the operation of a bar/self-service restaurant activity.
The business consists of the following assets:
a) use of the trademark Style 2;
b) food and beverage administration license (Annex 3);
c) equipment and instrumental assets, as detailed in the attached appraisal (Annex 7).
The sale of the business includes the obligation for the purchaser to sign the lease agreement for the property where the movable assets are also located.
ASYNCHRONOUS TELEMATICS SALES PROCEDURE
(possibility to submit telematic offers pursuant to Article 24 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015)
on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it
Purchase offers must be submitted electronically by the bidders no later than the deadline indicated in the notice of sale, by sending them to the Ministry’s certified email address offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, exclusively using the pre-filled form available on the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it.
The asynchronous auction will take place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it and will last 2 hours, unless further bids are submitted.
