Call for the sale of the 55.01% stake in the share capital of Policentro Daunia SpA, whose corporate purpose is the construction and management of a factory outlet and adjoining commercial park. The Center should develop over an area owned by the subsidiary, extended for approximately 365,000 square meters with S.L.P. of approximately 79,000.00 square meters.
Interested parties must present their offer by closed envelope to the registered office of IT Auction S.r.l. not later than 27/01/2021 at 12.00.
The offer must be accompanied by the documentation required by the Sale Notice, which can be downloaded from the documentation section.
A non-transferable bank draft payable to the “Bankruptcy n. 123/2014 Medarea Srl - Palermo Law Court ”for an amount equal to 10% of the offered price, as a deposit.
