Share capital Euro 100,000.00 fully paid. Quota subject to estimate, equal to a nominal Euro 10,417.00 fully paid, corresponding to 10.42% of the paid-up share capital.

The value of the investment corresponding to 10.417% of the share capital can be valued at the sum of €81,535.

At the end of the auction, the award cannot be definitive since, as envisaged by the company by-laws and in compliance with the code, the Curator will notify the shareholders, by registered letter with return receipt, of the essential elements of the best offer received in order to allow the exercise of the right of first refusal.
