Bankruptcy no. 4/2020 Court of Alessandria.
Sale of Autoequip Lavaggi Srl, a company whose corporate purpose is essentially the production of vehicle washing systems.
The Company will be offered for sale in a single lot at a value of Euro 800,000.00, equal to that of the irrevocable offer already received, in addition to taxes as per law ("Basic Offer"). Given the receipt of the aforementioned irrevocable offer, further new irrevocable purchase offers of the entire Company filed by other interested parties will be recognized as valid if they are improved by an increase to the value of the Base Offer of € 800,000.00, by at least one raise of the value of € 10,000.00 and thus at least equal to € 810,000.00 (“Minimum Improved Offer”).
All bids received, provided they are valid and with a price not lower than the Basic Offer, plus the value of at least one raise, will be placed in a competitive tender with each other based on the best offer received.
The binding offers must be delivered, under penalty of exclusion, within the peremptory deadline of 12:00 on 9 November 2020 at the office of Dr. Paola Barisone in Piazza Garibaldi 5 Ovada.
All parties interested in purchasing the Company may submit requests for information and access to the data entered in the Virtual Data Room dedicated to this competitive procedure (the "VDR").
Requests for information and expressions of interest must be submitted to the bankruptcy trustee exclusively by p.e.c. and exclusively at the address cp4.2019alessandria@pecconcordati.it
On 10 November 2020 at 15.00 the Curator will open the envelopes containing the binding offers. In the case of submission of a single offer, the Company will be awarded to the bidder, while in the event of the submission of more than one bid, a contextual tender will be held immediately between the bidders.
