of a bankrupt company whose corporate purpose is the production and supply of garments and accessories for clothing in Italy and abroad with product and / or process certification.
The company carries out the activity in a premises owned by third parties and the cost of the rental of the property is not included in the company value at the basis of the auction, for which the successful bidder, should he wish to continue the activity in the same sites, must take over the relative contract at its own care and expense, expressly exempting the curatorship from any and all fulfillment and / or responsibility. To take over the premises, the requirement referred to in point g) of the paragraph "Company conditions of sale - Presentation of offers" is necessarily required.
It should be noted that, to date, the company is the subject of a rental contract, effective from 14/10/2020 and amended with an appendix dated 24/02/2021. The duration of the rental contract is 1 (one) years starting from 01/03/2021 expiring on 28/02/2022, extended from year to year for the duration of twelve months and expiring, in any case on the date award of the company.
Those interested in participating in the competitive auction must expressly declare their intention to remain or not to remain in the property in Sora in which the activity is carried out and owned by third parties; in the case of willingness to stay they must, therefore, declare that they have all the requirements to operate in the services dedicated directly or indirectly to the activity of the Liri Valley Clothing District. It is not allowed to stay within the District of Companies that in their corporate purpose and in their concrete activity have no direct or indirect relationship with the Clothing System constituting the raison d'être of the District.
