Sale of a company consisting of:
- "body A" used as a laboratory with specialized machinery for the production of radiopharmaceuticals, a cyclotron and computer equipment,
- "area B" consisting of canopies and technological rooms to protect the generator, the water reserve and the thermal power plant with refrigeration units, a generator and various air handling units,
- "C-D-E bodies" depot and warehouses,
- "body F" offices and toilets e
- "body G" containing the Acea substation as per the operator's prescriptions.
It should be noted that within the company complex there are stocks of chemical products, waste and "special" waste materials (such as chemical material and residues of material for radiopharmaceutical production) whose disposal costs are borne by the successful bidder.
There are also cadastral discrepancies with rectification costs borne by the successful bidder.

Minimum offer accepted: Euro 352.940,00
