Santa Ester Pharmacy
Sale of a company owned by the aforementioned Bankruptcy having as its corporate purpose the Pharmacy business.
The company, called Pharmacy Santa Ester, based in Bologna, Via Genuzio Bentini n. 11 / ABCD, urban pharmaceutical headquarters no.58 of the organic plant of the Municipality of Bologna, is composed of:
1) authorizations, permits and concessions for the exercise of the Pharmacy business;
2) equipment and machinery intended for the performance of the Pharmacy business;
3) contracts necessary for the operation of the company, if any.
Auction base price: Euro 890,000.00
It should be noted that participation in the tender is reserved only for subjects with the eligibility requirements established by law for the exercise of the Pharmacy business.
The Pharmacy is owned by third parties by virtue of a business branch rental agreement with pre-emption right; expired lease contract, which is renewed for three months in three months, with resolution upon transfer of the Pharmacy.
It should be noted that the ownership of the property in which the Pharmacy business is carried out will be sold with a separate and simultaneous competitive auction on the website www.realestatediscount.it; it follows that in the event of the award of the property, the successful bidder of the business complex will be required to sign a lease agreement with the successful bidder of the property or, pending the award of the property, with the Bankruptcy Procedure.

Those who, alternatively, have submitted their offer in the manner referred to in point A (offer with electronic means) or referred to in point B (offer with analogue mode) may participate in the tender.
A. OFFER WITH TELEMATIC MODE: The electronic purchase offers must be received by the offer presenters no later than 13:00 on 26/10/2021 by sending them to the PEC address of the Ministry offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, pre-compiled available on the ministerial portal https://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. The telematic offer is intended to be deposited when the complete receipt of delivery is generated by the certified e-mail manager of the Ministry of Justice.
The auction takes place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 27/10/2021 from 11:00 and following and has a duration of 5 (five) minutes unless further bids are submitted. Below is the link to the auction page:
B. OFFER WITH ANALOGUE MODE: The deadline for submitting offers "in a sealed envelope" is set for 26/10/2021 no later than 13:00 to be delivered in a sealed envelope (and without any identification mark) by hand at the studio of the Notary Dr. Dario Restuccia in Milan at Via Ulrico Hoepli 7.
On 27/10/2021 at 11:00 the bidder who made the offer by analogue will receive a direct invitation from the Notary Dr. Dario Restuccia to the email address indicated on the envelope to connect to the Teams platform.
