- Residential house located in Fabrica di Roma (VT), Quartaccio snc, on the ground floor, registered in the Real Estate Registry of said Municipality on sheet 23, parcel 67, subordinate 3, category A / 3, class 1, intended for office use, 4.5 rooms, cadastral income 232.41
- Plants, machinery, equipment and other capital goods inside the industrial plant, furniture and furnishings and electrical and electronic office machines inside the offices, all as per inventory drawn up on 27 June 2017;

- The business complex acquired as part of the bankruptcy procedure is leased by a third party under the lease agreement.
