VICENZA COURT
JUDICIAL LIQUIDATION 14/2026

WHEREAS

· By decision of the Court of Vicenza no. 29/2026, published on February 6, 2026, the judicial liquidation of Brotter S.r.l., with registered office in Marostica (VI), Piazza F. Filippi no. 18, was declared. The company owns a business engaged in the manufacturing of metal structures and assembled structural parts, operating at its factory in Nove (VI), Via S. Righetto nos. 12/14.

· Abilio S.p.A. has been entrusted with the management of the process of identifying a tenant with whom to conclude the lease agreement for the business unit known as Brotter S.r.l., in the current de facto and de jure structure.

The Trusteeship has received an irrevocable offer to lease a business unit, along with a simultaneous irrevocable offer to purchase.

The Procedure intends to initiate a competitive bidding process to select the tenant of the business unit, setting the irrevocable offer for the business unit lease received as the starting bid. The bidding procedures are governed by these Tender Rules.

The party submitting the starting bid is nevertheless required to register for the auction and participate in the trial according to the provisions of these Tender Rules and Notice of Sale.

Given the above,

NOTICE

that on March 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., a competitive bidding process will be held to select the tenant for the asynchronous online sales business unit on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below:

The lease agreement will cover the organized complex of assets intended for the manufacturing of metal structures and assembled parts of structures, and will consist of:

i. pre-existing permits and concessions for the operation of the business;

ii. all tangible assets, such as systems, equipment, tools, molds, furniture, furnishings, office machinery, and vehicles, as specifically identified in the inventory and appraisal conducted by the expert appointed for the procedure;

iii. Intangible assets related to the business unit's operations, including the working drawings of the metal structures, their component parts, and the internet domain www.brotter.it, goodwill, production and product know-how;

iv. Employment relationships with 8 employees;

v. Technical, commercial, and occupational safety documentation, and all records pertaining to the company's operations;

The starting price for the lease of the business unit for a period of 6 months is set at €11,400.00 plus statutory fees.
