JUDICIAL LIQUIDATION No. 26/2025

The undersigned, Attorney Fabio Barabino and Dr. Bartolomeo Bianco, domiciled for the purposes of their duties at the former's office in Marsala (TP), Vicolo delle Saline 4/B, Trustees (hereinafter the "Professionals") of the aforementioned Procedure (hereinafter the "Procedure")

GIVE NOTICE

that on March 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., the asynchronous electronic sale of the following property will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below:

LOT 1 – AUCTION No. 9942: "Movable assets consisting of a fishing vessel named FILIPPO MARIA, registered in the Naval Register of the Port Authority of Mazara del Vallo under no. 363, with a steel hull, length overall of 30.70 m, width of 7.14 m, and a depth of 2.02 m, a national gross tonnage of 118.53 GT and an international gross tonnage of 199 GT, laid up since 22/09/2025, with related equipment, systems, and onboard machinery, equipped with
authorizations and certifications and authorized to carry out fishing activities in the Mediterranean Sea (areas A1 + A2) pursuant to license no. ITA000024891/5 expiring 14/10/2030, in addition to the movable assets better described in the appraisal report, With the exception of
the KIA K2500 TCI truck, size CJ168ZR."

Following the final award, the successful bidder will be responsible for completing all the bureaucratic procedures required by applicable law for the use of the property, exempting the Procedure Bodies from
all liability and expenses.

Starting bid: €781,000.00
Minimum accepted bid: €585,750.00
Minimum increase: €10,000.00

ASYNCHRONOUS SALE PROCEDURE
(electronic bids may be received, pursuant to Article 24 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015)
on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it

Electronic bids must be received by the bidders no later than 12:00 noon on March 27, 2026, by sending them to the Ministry's certified email address offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using only the pre-filled form available on the ministry portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. The electronic bid is considered submitted when the complete delivery receipt is generated by the Ministry of Justice's certified email provider.

The asynchronous auction will take place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on March 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM and following and will last two hours, subject to the submission of further bids.
