Lot Description
Lot consisting of 5 trucks, 4 of which are stored in Concorezzo (MB) and 1 in Desio (MB):
- IVECO truck, model MAGIRUS AS 260 S45Y FP CM 000, license plate FD891EL;
- IVECO truck, model EUROCARGO ML75E17/P, license plate EL206CR;
- IVECO truck, model LA1E1833A51, license plate ER659NB;
- MERCEDES truck, model MB817/8, 6/LKN/ADR, license plate BM948NH;
- IVECO truck, model MAGIRUS 260S/E4, license plate DR652YS.
The vehicles are equipped with registration documents and keys, but do not have a certificate of ownership.

SALES NOTES:
- The successful bidder for one or more items must send the following information to aftersales@industrialdiscount.com no later than 48 hours after the auction closes: See the specific sales and collection conditions.
- The successful bidder must issue a self-invoice pursuant to art. 31, paragraph 10 of Legislative Decree 173/2024 and independently pay the statutory VAT, as per the opinion of the Italian Revenue Agency in its request for a ruling no. 369/2023"
- Since these are assets subject to criminal seizure, it is specified that the successful bidders are required to cancel, at their own expense, any liens and formalities transcribed or registered on the vehicles being sold, with the exception of the preventive seizure, which will be cancelled by order of the Judge.
- Successful bidders are also required to pay the costs of custody and storage of the vehicles starting from the period following the notification of the order lifting the preventive seizure.
NOTES FOR COLLECTION:
- Maximum expected time for collection from the agreed date: 1 day
Car registration procedures following the award will be carried out at the Effe car registration agency in Faenza. To find out the cost of the procedure, please download the "Car Registration Price List" file from the Documentation section. The prices indicated in the Price List are subject to change based on increases in PRA taxes (IPT, fees, revenue stamps), MCTC (stamp payments, MCTC fees). and are binding only after the invoice has been sent by the Effe Agency.
Abilio cannot currently establish a specific timeframe for completing the paperwork, as it may vary depending on the jurisdiction of the court.
Please note: In the case of the sale of movable property registered with the PRA, users who intend to export the property abroad for purposes related to the sale are not eligible to participate.
