Sale of goods belonging to Amministrazione Giudiziaria no.16943/2022 Court of Milano.

PROVISIONAL AWARD

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
SALE NOTES - The person who, at the end of the auction, has been awarded one or more goods will be required to send, within and no later than 48 hours from the end of the auction, to the address aftersales@industrialdiscount.com: Consult the specific conditions of sale and collection. - The successful tenderer of the asset must issue a self-invoice pursuant to art. 31 c. 10 Legislative Decree 173/2024 and independently pay the statutory VAT, as per the opinion of the Revenue Agency in the request for clarification no. 369/2023”
- Since these are assets subject to criminal seizure, it is specified that the successful bidders are required to proceed, at their own expense, with the cancellation of liens and formalities transcribed or registered on the vehicles being sold, with the exception of the precautionary seizure, which will be cancelled by order of the Judge.
- Successful bidders are also required to pay the costs of custody and storage of the vehicles starting from the period following the notification of the order lifting the precautionary seizure.
Only legal entities with a VAT number and classifiable as Professionals will be admitted to participate in the auction.
