Sale resulting from the transformation and recovery process of materials from the former Cement Factory in PescaraSingle lot for sale 3 000 tons of ferrous material code CER 170405 sold in so called furnace ready format generally deriving from so called bolted metal structures and out of use equipment Please note that the lot may also contain a minimum quantity of noble materials which the participant undertakes to purchase SALE NOTES The starting price will be the amount to be paid for each ton of material being sold The participant will therefore be required to enter on the portal the amount that he she undertakes to offer for each ton of material The final sale price will therefore be the final amount auctioned corresponding to the final price auctioned for the single ton of material multiplied by 10 000 equal to the total number of tonnes being sold The sum paid by the buyer as a security deposit to participate in the auction will be retained as a guarantee of the successful outcome of the collection operations and will be returned only at the end of the related operations Please note that in addition to the sale price the successful tenderer will be required to pay the seller for each ton of material sold the sum of Euro 5 00 as compensation for administrative management and therefore overall the sum of Euro 15 000 plus VAT It should be noted that the selling company is registered with VIES The collection operations must be started no later than 03 12 2026 the removal and collection operations must end no later than 06 13 2026 a mandatory deadline that cannot be waived Interested parties are invited to carefully read the specific conditions of sale and collection of the goods as this document will have the value of a contract between the parties It is the sole responsibility of the successful tenderer before submitting the offer to verify the possible existence of exemptions concessions or special tax regimes applicable to the object of sale The material will be delivered ready for receipt at the steelworks having already undergone successful radiometric control For further information the video dedicated to the lot is available
