SALES NOTES
-It should be noted that some assets that are part of the lot are currently in use
- The scaffolding referred to in n° 25 of the List and the mobile fences referred to in n° 30 of the List, could be assembled at various construction sites and their disassembly is an operation that remains the responsibility of the successful tenderer
- it is specified that the assets of the lot are currently in use under the company rental contract; At the end of the auction, if a provisional award has been made in favor of a third party proponent, the Concordato will communicate the price reached to the tenant company, which will have the right to exercise the right of first refusal within ten days of receiving the communication from the Procedure.
