Licenses and permits;
Customer contracts;
Tangible assets as more fully specified in the valuation report prepared by Dr. Cangini dated 1 October 2025, including, by way of example only: the “decortication” building, land plot No. 2 (decortication), land plot No. 3 (silos), sheds, and various plants and equipment.
Occupancy status: Business leased to a third party
Base auction price: Euro 700,000.00
Minimum bid increments: Euro 10,000.00
Purchase offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the office of Notary Marco Maltoni, located in Cesena, Viale Gaspare Finali No. 66, by 12:00 noon on 16/03/2026.
The envelope must bear only the following wording:
