Business complex engaged in the processing of agricultural products with a hulling (dehulling) plant, which also includes:

Tangible assets as better specified in the valuation report prepared by Dr. Cangini dated October 1, 2025, including, by way of example only: “hulling” building, plot of land No. 2 (hulling), plot of land No. 3 (Silos), canopies, various systems and installations.
Occupancy status: Company leased to third parties
Starting bid price: €700,000.00
Minimum bid increments: €10,000.00
Purchase offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the office of Notary Marco Maltoni, located in Cesena, Viale Gaspare Finali No. 66, no later than 12:00 noon on 27/04/2026.
The envelope must bear exclusively the following wording:
“Compulsory Administrative Liquidation No. 233/2025, Liquidator Dr. Aldo Ferretti, Offer for purchase of Single Lot – Auction No. 9547.”
On 28/04/2026 at 3:00 p.m., at the office of Notary Marco Maltoni in Cesena, Viale Gaspare Finali No. 66, the envelopes will be opened.
The auction with upward bidding will begin on 28/04/2026 at 3:00 p.m., and only bidders deemed eligible will be allowed to participate.
