Sale of asset belonging to Judicial Liquidation no.204/2024 Court of Brescia.

Sale in compliance with art 216 CCII.

Goods are located in Palazzolo Sull'Oglio (BS) and Montello (BG) and can be inspected upon appointment.

SALE NOTES:

The successful bidder, before starting the collection operations, must also provide for the payment of a deposit of € 60,000.00, which will be retained in order to guarantee the successful outcome of the collection, and may be confiscated by the Procedure in the event of failure to comply with the terms for the release of the premises proposed below and/or in the event of any damage to property and/or persons, without prejudice to the right of the Procedure to request compensation for any further damage suffered.

Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015 

IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:

• Users correctly registered to the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale filling in the form on the page of the lot and paying the deposit indicated by credit card or bank transfer.

• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will confirm the offers received only after receiving the correct receipt of the form and the crediting of the deposit.

• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user in order to communicate the validation of the offer as well as the personal and secret code to be used in order to attend the online auction. Please note that the code received will be requested only during the sales operations. You are reminded that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated to third parties.
