Sale of goods from Judicial Liquidation no. 633/2025 of the Court of Rome.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Insolvency Code (CCII).
The assets are located in Rome (RM) and can be inspected by appointment.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Art. 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Users correctly registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot by completing the form available on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the required security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
- INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only after correctly receiving the duly completed form and the actual crediting of the security deposit.

INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the
address provided by the user to confirm the validation of the offer and to
communicate the secret and personal code that must be used in order to
participate in the purchase of the selected lot during the online auction.
Please note that the code will be required only during the sale process. It is also specified that this code, being secret and personal, cannot be resent or disclosed again once it has been sent to the registered email address.

The Procedure is not registered with VIES; therefore, European buyers will be required to pay VAT.
